  2. When and where is "Voz Latina West"?

    The Billboard Bash (free to Voz Latina attendees) will be held the night of Wednesday, April 9, 2008. Voz Latina event sessions will be held Thursday, April 10, 2008 at the:

  4. How does the group discount work?

    Register 3 people and the 4th person attends for FREE!
    Register the first three people by clicking here.

  5. Your registration entitles you to a full day of conference sessions (panels and keynotes), networking opportunities, continental breakfast and lunch. The first 100 registrants also receive a ticket to the Billboard Bash, Billboard Latin Music Awards and After-Party.

  6. What does the registration fee include?

    The registration fee includes a full day of programming, plus hours of networking opportunities, and access to Billboard's Latin Music Awards and pre/post VIP parties.

  7. Can I pay by check?

    If you must pay with a check, please contact 646.654.7254 to make arrangements.

  8. Will I receive materials in the mail before the conference?

    We do not mail materials to conference attendees. Please report to the registration table near the ballroom on the day of the conference to pick up your name badge. You must display this badge prominently to gain access to all conference activities.

  9. What If I need to cancel?

    Up to March 14
    Please send written notice of cancellation to conferences@nielsen.com.
    You will receive a refund minus $100 administrative fee.

    After March 14
    Refunds will no longer be made, but you may send a substitution in your place. Please e-mail conferences@nielsen.com and provide your name and the following information for your replacement: Name, Job Title, Company, Address, Phone number, E-mail.

    Alternatively, you may choose to apply payment to a future event within one year from event date. Please e-mail conferences@nielsen.com with your name, company and reason for cancellation.
